Daphne LainoMay 5, 2025We had such a great time snowmobiling. It was my first time. They provided helmets with shields so we didn't need goggles. They showed us how to use the snowmobiles, button and throttle wise and how to work together by moving our bodies with the turns. The guide was very helpful. Our group had a few tumbles that he attended to. He was easy to follow and made sure everyone stayed together. They had everyone organize by those wanting to go faster in the front and slower in the back. The trails were nice with some long straight fast areas and some winding more scenic areas. We're looking forward to going back and trying out their side by sides in another season.

A JMarch 10, 2025I would definitely return! I’ve snowmobiled in one other place and it was also amazing but this place definitely took us onto a way nicer and more scenic trail. We had a small group and we went from tight wooded trails to open field trails which was beautiful especially with the snow fall. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place and will be back for the go karting!

Mike EmenFebruary 25, 2025Awesome snowmobiling experience this past weekend with Farmhouse. Rode with them in the past as well (2022) in addition to the UTV rides in the summer earlier this year. Everyone there is very respectful, nice and accommodating, and although I am experienced, they seemed to do a great job making inexperienced riders feel comfortable. The different terrains you ride through are great, from open powder, to trails that feel like ski slopes, to narrow peaceful trails through the woods. Can't recommend these guys enough, guaranteed great time.
Val DavisFebruary 24, 2025Joined these guys for a 90 min snow mobile tour. It was really nice! My husband had experience but I did not so I opted to start in the rear. Lee recognized my husband wanting to go faster and changed up the order to accommodate, later doing the same for me as I developed a comfort. We were able to go pretty fast at times and just have fun. I would absolutely sled with these guys again and the 90 min timeframe is perfect. Thank you for a really fun evening, Lee!

This beautifully-run family business is 5 STARS all the way. They are about 15-20 min away from Saranac Lake/Lake Placid, so it's not a bad drive. The kart we drove was in great condition and drove smooth. 5-6 laps around a generously-sized track filled with Christmas trees and open fields with the Adirondacks in the backdrop. The kart is $85, so split it and share a kart if budget is a concern. Shoutout to Lee who flattens the track, monitors your entire experience for safety, and runs marketing. Lee, our guide, led us on trails throughout public and private land, right near Saranac Lake, NY. Our tour lasted about 1 1/2 hours, which was plenty long enough for us. We rode through wooded trails, as well as wide open fields. The sleds featured hand warmers, and were well balanced. FS has gear if you need it, especially the required helmets. The two guides we're so nice and helpful as they had to pull people out of the deep powder or dealing with people who had issues driving. My 2 issues - it's definitely not 90 minutes of riding as stated. It's 90 minutes from your scheduled start time, regardless of when your start, and there are many variables that can affect your time. - they should have a 5 minute time for people to get comfortable with the snowmobiles before heading out on the trails. That would save time later on for those who might have issues riding. With that being said, my family had an awesome time.

It was just the right amount of time and the trails were so gorgeous. Zipping across open fields at 50 mph or carving through snow covered forests on tight trails, it was great. First good snowfall of the 2024/25 season, we were in the area for a weekend getaway and we decided to check it out. Never knowing what you will get on a guided tour. But we had a blast! Highly recommend for all levels. Even the most seasoned rider will not be disappointed. It was a great ride! Stop reading reviews, just book your ride!
